The seed of education and knowledge was sowed by CKDCS with the devoted and founder Principal Ms. Urminder Kaur (National Awardee, CBSE) in 1995 with only 9 students in a local gurdwara at Chabhal. So with the grace of the Almighty and under the patronage of CKDCS, this institute has been able to come up to the level of one of the best institutions in the area having a strength of 2300 from Play-pen to XII and also a well-built building and remarkable infrastructure which includes well-equipped Science Labs, Hi-tech Computer Labs, English Language Lab., Well-stocked digital library, Art and Craft Studio, Activity Room, Dance Room, Music Room, Multi-Utility hall, AC Block for Pre-Primary classes, Smart Classrooms, Dispensary, Lift, Basketball Court, hand Ball and Volleyball ground, and Indoor Hall for Table Tennis. Above all the whole campus is under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.
